We provide two links below for requesting Return/Repair Authorizations (RA's) for equipment repairs.  They are described below:



The New Customer link is provided for those who might have only one or a few items requiring repair.

The Returning Customer link is for multiple repairs and regular returns.  It's purpose is to enable easier entry for the user making on-going requests on the same account.  To use this link you will require your customer number which can be requested from our administrative desk.
