1. GENERAL

  • We accept Cash, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS
  • C.O.D. orders are accepted and shipped collect ground freight from Edmonton  unless otherwise specified
  • To open a charge account a credit application must be completed.  Applications are processed within 5 days and you will be advised if your account has been approved.  Account payment terms are net 30 days from date of shipment or delivery.

  • Payments must be received within 30 days after the shipment/delivery date or the account will be considered overdue.
  • Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at 2% per month or 26.8% per annum until fully paid
  • Accounts more than 45 days overdue will be placed on Credit Hold automatically.  No further charge sales will be made until the account is operating on a current basis again.  Further purchases will be made on a cash basis only.
  • Accounts which become 90 days overdue will be automatically closed.  The account is then referred to an agency for collection.  The customer will be liable for all collection and legal costs on overdue accounts.
  • Accounts which show no activity for the past six months may be asked to re-apply for credit to re-establish their account
  • A $25.00 service charge will be levied on all N.S.F. or stop payment cheques.

2. SHIPPING/DELIVERY

All orders are shipped collect unless otherwise specified.  Shipments will be made in full or in part depending on our stock.  Backordered items will be shipped as soon as available.  Delivery time is based on suppliers confirmation dates made to us when order is placed.  A shipment becomes the property of the consignee upon acceptance by the carrier.  All claims for loss or damage should be directed to the carrier within five days of shipment.

 

 

3. CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS

A deposit of up to 100% of the value of the custom or special order(s) may be requested by L.A.M. Technical. L.A.M. Technical is not responsible for any cost or liability that should arise if the supplier is unable to ship by date promised or confirmed.  Credit will not be issued for custom or special order products which the customer has received and wishes to return to L.A.M. Technical.

 

4. PARTS ORDERS

A minimum order of $25.00CAD is required on all parts orders.  L.A.M. Technical Services LTD reserves the right to charge restocking fees on any parts or product orders if returned by the customer.  All returns MUST be in original packaging and resaleable as new.  Returns are only accepted within the first 30 days after purchase.
